Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any product that comes into contact with any body part or fluid unless there is a manufacturer defect.

These products include, but are not limited to: Vibrators, Dildos, Douche, Enema, Anal Toys, Cock Rings, Cock Sleeves, Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, body paints and lingerie.

Once these products leave our warehouse they are considered used and become not returnable. Should you believe there to be a manufacturer defect please record the nature of the defect and contact us at Sg@shopgardenofsecrets.com

Defective products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
